Nikhil is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in English and Political Science. He hails from Chennai in South India. While he started learning Mandarin on a whim as a freshman, he has since continued studying China in all its dimensions. He plans to study in Beijing in Spring 2016. When he's not writing for the Center, he runs the Penn Cinema Initiative, dabbles in theatre, and writes for The Daily Pennsylvanian.
