Penn China Center's third annual conference, scheduled for April 30-May 1, 2015 will have as its theme “China in a Changing World.” The conference will address various aspects of an increasingly engaged China’s role in, and its effects on, global affairs in the 21st century. Three panels and twelve papers presented by leading scholars, followed by comments from expert discussants and open Q&A.
